The Akasama Family

The known Akasama family, in chronological order

Lupine Akasama (b. May 18, 1911)

Former prince of Elves and soldier in the Elven army. Like the rest of his family, was scattered to the winds when the Demons destroyed Elf Haven. He worked as a mercenary for several years. Only reunited with his siblings when Elf Haven was restored. Eventually, he became a general under his sister Thanasi's rule as queen.

Ivy Akasama (b. May 18, 1911)

Former prince of Elves. Although he was more interested medicine, his parents disapproved of this profession and made him enter into the army with his twin Lupine. Like the rest of his family, was scattered to the winds when the Demons destroyed Elf Haven. He traveled around Atlantis, doing odd jobs, until he ended up in Tanekia where he discovered his sister Thanasi working as a prostitute. Ivy bought her from the brothel house and the pair sailed to Gaulsabis to seek better fortunes. They landed in Vuldia, a heavily forested kingdom where they felt much more at home. There Ivy apprenticed under a remote country doctor and eventually took over his practice. When Elf Haven was restored, he moved his practice back home.

Bara Akasama (July 2, 1921 - Oct. 12, 2033)

Former princess of Elves and soldier in the Elven army. The first born of the so-called "Rose Triplets" and considered the "Red Rose". Bara habitually resisted feminine pursuits and regularly tried to pass herself off as male. She stuck with her twin sisters when Elf Haven was destroyed and the trio ended up in Tanekia. Like her sisters, she found herself working in a brothel house. She was bought by a Demon customer who sold her as a slave to Lonan who she served under for many years. When Elijah McMurran was made an Opposer, Lonan betrothed the pair, trusting her to continue the racial line. She did as she was ordered even after Lonan's death, bearing Elijah two Opposer children: Aidae and Vladimer, the latter of which she died giving birth to.

Vera Akasama (July 2, 1921 - March 6, 1959)

Former princess of Elves. The second born of the so-called "Rose Triplets" and considered the "White Rose". She stuck with her twin sisters when Elf Haven was destroyed and the trio ended up in Tanekia. Like her sisters, she found herself working in a brothel house. She was bought by a nobleman who sold her to the Tanekian court as a concubine for the king. Vou was immediately charmed by Vera's beauty and, upon finding out she was Elven royalty, took her as a wife instead. Vera bore Vou four children: Nekka, Katen, Sana, and Mera. She and her husband were eventually murdered by their eldest son after he joined with the Demons and attacked Tanekia.

Thanasi Akasama (July 2, 1921 - Oct. 16, 2037)

Former princess of Elves. The last born of the so-called "Rose Triplets" and considered the "Black Rose". At 13, she was given to the Demon Lucifer by her parents as a slave to serve as a peace offering. Thanasi eventually escaped from the Demons and ended up living deeper in the forests of Sibia among a community of Half Elves, who were then considered outcasts in Elven society. She began to spy on the Demons and, upon finding out they planned to destroy Elf Haven, set out to rescue her twin sisters. The trio escaped on a boat procured by the Half Elves, but turbulent weather caused them to crash upon the rocky shores of Tanekia. Like her sisters, she found herself working in a brothel house. Unlike her sisters, she was not quickly purchased and languished there for years until she was found by her older brother Ivy, who bought her. The pair then sailed to Gaulsabis to seek better fortunes. They landed in Vuldia, a heavily forested kingdom where they felt more at home. When Ivy apprenticed under a country doctor there, Thanasi worked for the man as a cook and cleaner. She continued this task when Ivy took over the practice and she trained as his assistant. When Elf Haven was restored, she was chosen as the Queen of Elves. She served her people well for many years until she was killed by the Demon Price during an attack.
